Shereen Sayed
CEO
With 20 years of experience as a practitioner, educational leader and academic scholar, shereen’s role is to consult and co-create with instructional and educational leaders a product that suits their context and offer deep insights about instructional coaching and professional development. Shereen is currently a PhD student in the department of Educational Theory and Practice from the University of Georgia in the US.

Nermeen ElKammar
COO
With 13 years experience in Educational leadership and entrepreneurship, also working as an instructional coach and learning designer, she embodies the end-user. Her role is to champion the needs, workflows, and adoption barriers of instructional coaches, teachers, and school leaders, guaranteeing that RafiqAI is genuinely useful for them and not just technologically clever. Nermeen holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE).

Ahmed Youssry
CTO
With 22 years of experience, Ahmed defines the technological art of the possible. Being a student of business models and software architecture, his role is to answer the viability and feasibility questions in our journey, pressure-test our concepts against current AI capabilities, and ensure our product is technically feasible and scalable from day one.

Kelley Kemp
Product Design
With 12 years as a product designer, Kelley thrives in complex situations that require creative problem-solving. Her role in Rafiq is to create a beautiful, lovable, usable product that flows effortlessly while serving the innate needs of the users.
